Shortages: Must be reported within 48 hours
Damages: Will only be accepted providing the Carriers documentation has been signed as 'damaged' and notified to Selwyns within 24 hours of receipt. Original cartons in which damaged merchandise arrived including any Assembly Instructions must be retained for examination by shipping agents or any claims will be voided.
Returns: Will only be accepted if the goods have not been unpacked and are returned in their original packaging within 7 (seven) days of receipt. A 15% handling charge will be made on all goods returned for credit or replacement against orders incorrectly placed. (Returns Authorisation Reference must be obtained).
